PMC is looking for a self-motivated Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in the Tri-City area of Virginia. Full time and part time opportunities available. Day and evening hours available.

Duties include:

• Supervising janitorial staff
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Training new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, cleaning break areas, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down glass doors as needed
• Addressing client concerns and communicating updates to management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of janitorial or cleaning experience, including supervisory experience
• Must have own transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Strong communication and leadership skills
