MLS has an amazing opportunity for the right individual looking to get started in the HR field. Currently looking to fill a Staffing Coordinator position for our corporate office in Allentown, PA. The right person for this role will be fun, energetic, customer focused and self motivated.
This position will reporting to the Sr. HR Manager working Monday to Friday and is a hourly position.
Pay Rate: $13/hour
Provide support to our locations across the United States working with the site Managers and HR admins
Provide assistance and feedback to employees in regards to payroll questions and employee related issues
Monitor job postings through the ATS to contact candidates and ensure positions are filled in a timely manner per management expectations
Pre-screen new applicants, schedule interviews with the Hiring Managers and update them accordingly in ATS
On-board and coordinate employees with the new hire process including timekeeping responsibilities
Provide assistance to candidates in regards to job applications, available job opportunities and candidate status
Provide updates and reports on hiring to Sr. HR Manager
