Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) - Newark, NJ

Hourly Pay * W-2 Employee * Company SUV Provided * No Personal Vehicle Needed

Drivers will receive assigned passenger trips throughout their shift and use MLS-provided SUVs to complete all pick-ups and drop-offs. You won't have to search for rides; MLS provides a steady flow of trip assignments similar to rideshare work. Your focus is to drive safely, deliver great customer service, and follow all procedures. This is a professional W-2 driving position with no personal vehicle, fuel, or insurance costs.

PAY & COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $16/hr + Tips

Productivity Incentives:

• Average 2 trips per hour -> $17/hr + Tips
• Average 2.5 trips per hour -> Up to $18/hr + Tips

Realistic earnings with tips:

• Drivers can easily make $20+ per hour

SHIFTS AVAILABLE (7 days per week, 365 days per year)

Part-Time Shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Full-Time Shifts (8 hours):

• Morning, Midday, or Evening 8-hour blocks available
• Consistent weekly hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive MLS-provided SUVs in the Newark area
• Complete assigned trips using MLS dispatch systems
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report issues
• Follow all safety and driving procedures
• Maintain professionalism and good communication

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid U.S. driver's license (1+ year U.S. driving experience)
• Clean driving record preferred (minor offenses will NOT eliminate you)
• Background check and drug screening
• Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
• Comfortable operating SUVs
